Delivery

What are the available delivery options?

We only employ our in-house delivery at this point in time.

 

How long is the delivery period?

Usually within 3 working days from receipt of payment.

(Delivery is only done from Monday to Friday between 10am – 6 pm. There are no deliveries on weekends and public holidays.)

 

Is there any delivery charge?

Local delivery is FREE for orders $150 nett and above!

For orders less than $150, a delivery charge of $10 will be applied.

Applicable GST shall be charged at checkout.

 

Can I track my order?

This will be based on your sales order number.

 

Do you deliver to any location within Singapore?

We deliver anywhere on mainland Singapore including Sentosa.

 

Do you ship overseas?

We can ship overseas. However, before the infrastructure is officially up online, it will be a more manual process requiring parcel weight and country of delivery, also payment will only be through credit card where there are some further adherence conditions to be met.

Payment Method

What are the available modes of payment?

You can place an order and choose to pay via PayPal or Bank Transfer.

 

My Order

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

You may change your delivery address by contacting our customer service at +65 68735766, before receiving our order confirmation email.

Once you've received an order confirmation email, your order would have been processed and no further changes can be made.

You may place a new order if there are additional items that you want and the delivery charges criteria will still apply.

 

Can I cancel my order?

The order cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

 

Return & Refund

What if I receive an incorrect / incomplete order? Or I would like an exchange or a refund?

We will always strive to be accurate and to ensure that the product is in a good condition before we pack and deliver to you.

Any request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund will be handled on a case by case basis and the decision of Swift Health Food (Singapore) Pte Ltd will be final.

In addition, any such request will have to take place within 7 days upon receiving of your order. Also:

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition.
  • All packaging of each item must remain unopened and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • Items that are labeled as “Non-returnable” and/or “Non-refundable” on www.honeyworld.sg, will not be accepted in our return and refund policy.

All requests must go through our customer service by submitting a request via 'Contact Us' on our website or alternatively, email us at “contactus@honeyworld.sg”, with your order number, item details, your contact details, and the reason for return.
