• 2 tablespoons - honey
• 2 cups - coconut milk
• 6 tablespoons - chia seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon - vanilla extract
• Fresh berries
1. In a small bowl or jar combine all the ingredients, except fresh berries
2. Give it a good stir, until the honey has dissolved.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let gel.
4. Once you're ready to eat, Stir well and divide the pudding into individual portions.
5. Serve with fresh berries. Add granola, if desired.
